Shipping policy

How long will it take to get my order?

Most of our products are ready to ship in just 1-2 working days (unless otherwise stated).

During busy times (Christmas, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, etc) these times may be extended but this will be clearly communicated before ordering.

If there is any delay with your order we will let you know as soon as possible and keep you updated and let you know the options available.

Once dispatched, your order will be delivered according to the delivery option chosen.

If you need to know if your order will arrive on time or want it to arrive on a certain date, get in touch and we can discuss options.


Who do you use to deliver your orders?

The majority of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail (some large orders may be dispatched via parcelforce).

International orders will be sent via Royal Mail who will forward your shipment to a local delivery company e.g. USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, etc.

Sometimes we may use an alternative courier due to operational reasons, in these cases we will ensure that you are informed of who is delivering your order and provide a link to tracking (if available).


What delivery options are available?

Domestic orders have two delivery options available Second Class which aims to deliver 1-3 days after dispatch and First Class which aims to provide a next day delivery service after dispatch (these services are not guaranteed).

Domestic orders will normally require a signature on delivery (Signatures are not currently being collected due to COVID-19).

International orders are sent via Royal Mail’s International Tracked option and usually arrives within 1-3 weeks depending on country (orders can be delayed due to busy periods and customs delay
